Recovery
Like some of you who left a comment, I too was taken in by the Fast Invest adventure. I started investing in January 2021 and I must say that the return on investment was more than conclusive.
Then I wanted to test the withdrawal to make sure everything was OK to continue, and that's when the trouble started. At the time of registration, there were no particular rules, but a few months later, it was impossible to make a full withdrawal of the sums available for investment. We had to proceed in increments of around 47000. Which is what I did every month.
I contacted Fast Invest several times at the end of 2021 and the answer was always that they were in difficulty but that the money would be paid out. On 29/12/2023, they closed all withdrawal requests with the reason "return to account". On my account, I can see them in the debts category. I was frustrated until I came across a legal forensic team (mustanggg.
com) who helped me recover my money.
They trace and recover datas, blocked accounts and money. Their powerful recovery tool has empowered me to share their good deed.

I began trading with a broker named Pocket Option. I successfully deposited CAD 91000 and have accrued over CAD 217000 in profits.
I was in the process of verifying my bank card to initiate a withdrawal of these funds, but it failed. I contacted the customer service but they insisted that I had many accounts and locked my trading account. I did my research and came across mustangggrc@ gmail.

Resolved: Inept bozos working there
Had our taxes finished and they sent more tax info in March. Now we have to refill.
We've been dealing with their sorry excuse for employees for over a year. DON'T let these bozos invest your money. When you have a legal reason to close your account it's worse than pulling teeth.
They screwed us around so long that Schwab bought them out and we had to start from square one to get our money. DON'T TRUST THEM!

Scottrade account customer
I was trying to contract td ameritrade as I am a scottrade customer and td ameritrade took over scottrade accounts. When i tried to use my scottrade account to log fin to my account on td ameritrade i entered my account number and Indio and got a pop up asking me to verify my identity by having them send mwe a text to one off 2 phone numbers that were on my account.
Welll the first number was my house phone number which doesnt receive texts and the 2nd number was my old cell phone number which is no longer in use. It did not give me any other alternate options. So I wanted to email them to get this handled so i could access my account. They had a button to click to email them but when i clocked it i got taken to a generic page listing their phone numbers.
I dont like calling anyone and certainly not calling about an issue such as this. Its easier for me to type it in an email and keep a somewhat paper trail of our correspondence. I cant keep a paper copy of a stupid phone call. So i did a search for their email and tried contacting them through pissed consumer.
I did receive an email from td ameritrade in response to my inquiry/problem, but they didnt provide me with any help to my problem at all. Ibnstfead they told me i would bot be able to contact them through email after may 24 and instead gave me phone numbers to call. Why the *** they would insist on a phone call when I spent the time typing out my issue is beyond me. Companies need to get a clue.
Its not right that they dont provide a way to email them so customers/consumers have a copy off what was said.
Yet they provide recording along the lines of this call may be monitored or recorded dor quality assurance. *** Thats illegal.

Td ameritrade say the fraud company has my account on lock
Hi my name is Shakema Mueller carter yes I'm coming on behalf of td administrate account ending in 1521 yes I'm having a major issue with you guys see the administrate lock my account told me that phone has my account under investigation and has not summoned my money to me and some of the check to me I cancel didn't want to do a wire so they locked my account back down with restrictions so I'm reaching out to you guys to see what the problem is and why you guys have fraud on my account and *** administrate is very very bad customer service

Complain about their attitude when requested a lower option commissions due to my increase amount of option trades
I have 2 accounts with about 200,000 and have been trading a large number of options. In January 2022 I did more option trades than 2021.
They did not consider my account large enough to lower it. I am taking my money elsewhere where I will be appreciated.
They are very conceited and think they are the only game in town which they are not. Thank God.

When they refuse withdrawal should be your first red flag. There are certain rules around it.
Do not take a bonus offer from your broker manager! Never allow your broker manager trade on your behalf. That is how they manipulate trader’s funds. If you need assistance with retrieving your lost funds, BTC from your broker or maybe you are having challenges with withdrawals due to your account being manipulated.I once got involved with them and i almost lost 34000 EUR.
